- Curriculum and Testing Coordinator
- Administrative Leadership and operational support*
- Facilities, grounds, safety maintenance (supports two campuses)
- Primary Level Lead and Assistant (25/26 school year)
- Middle School Social Studies & Language Arts Teacher (25/26 school year)

Must haves: Experienced, nurturing, and dependable professionals who are passionate about student-centered and peaceful education. Applicants for all positions must possess a valid Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and also pass a criminal affidavit background check.
The degree requirement for all positions: High school/GED graduate. Related or non-related bachelor’s, master’s, or professional certifications are considered for all administrative, teaching, and support positions.
Infant/toddler/preschool staff must have TB test clearance.
Nice to haves: Montessori teaching/assistant certification (or willingness to obtain) for all teaching positions. At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience and/or an advanced degree aligned with the position you are applying for. Ability to obtain advanced Montessori or educational/professional training based on the needs of the organization and your role.
About Us: Khalsa Montessori School is a non-profit organization offering a tuition-funded private early childhood program for infants, toddlers, and primary-aged children, as well as a publicly-funded KG-8 charter school. Khalsa Montessori has two unique campuses, serving 350 students, our school is dedicated to Montessori education in the public sector, peace education, diversity, and community building.
