Infant Schedule Rates

We are here to help meet the needs of working parents who face the challenge of balancing work and family responsibilities. Moreover, we are here to help meet the needs of babies for consistent, loving, quality care while their parents have to be at work. The baby’s most important companions are the parents especially during the critical first year of life and we encourage parents to spend as much time as possible with their little ones. We offer the flexibility of several options to choose from so you can tailor our program to meet your needs.

Research shows that bonding with a consistent caregiver is important for healthy infant development. In order to provide the most consistent care, we have scheduled the program to fit within an eight-hour workday for our staff. This eliminates the need for shift changes and multiple caregivers, which can be upsetting and confusing to babies. We maintain a ratio of 3 babies to each caregiver.  One of our staff members will be available for early care from 7:00 to 8:30 am., and one will be available for late afternoon care from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. To meet our ratios, we can care for only 3 babies during these times. These spaces will be filled on a first come-first served basis.

Infant Community Hours

7:00 to 8:30 am – Early morning care

8:30 am to 3:30 pm – Regular Infant Community hours

3:30 pm to 4:30 pm  – Late afternoon care

4:30 pm – Infant Community closes

Schedules and Fees   (EFFECTIVE 8/1/20)

Full time (more than 30 hours per week):  $1,134 per month

Part time (up to 30 hours per week):  $1,029 per month

These rates will be guaranteed from your child’s start date through the day your child moves into the Toddler Program or withdraws from the Infant Program. A new Toddler Enrollment Contract must be completed when your child is ready to enter the Toddler Program. A new Infant Program Enrollment Contract must be completed if your child has previously withdrawn from the Infant Program and is re-enrolling. New rates may apply at that time.

Payment Options:

Cash, checks and money orders:  Families can choose to pay infant program tuition by cash, check or money order each month.  Payments are due on the 1st of the month.  Late fees will apply after the 10th of the month.

Credit cards and automatic withdrawals from your checking/savings account:  If you wish to pay by credit card or by automatic withdrawals from your checking/savings account, you must complete the ‘Payment Plan Form.’  There is an additional charge to set up these automatic payments.

Initial enrollment: $150 
(new infants, toddlers and primary students)

Initial enrollment: $85
(kindergarten, elementary and middle school extended care)

Annual re-enrollment: $85
(toddlers, primary students, kindergarten, elementary and middle school extended care)

Monthly payment plan processing fee: $40 
(charged once per family per year)

Late payment fee: $20
(10 day grace period, then charged monthly until account is current)

Returned checks: $20

Returned ACH or CC item: $20

Change of schedule: $100
(one free per year)

Early withdrawal fee: $100

Finance charge: 12% APR
(30 day grace period, then compounded monthly until account is brought current)

Emergency aftercare will be charged at $10 per hour
(or any part of an hour)
