The meeting convened at 3:00

Board members in attendance:

Gurumeet Khalsa

Natalie Shepp (zoom)

Others in attendance

Lulu Camacho, Head of School

Anne Ortiz, accountant

Anne explained that the revised budget was needed because we passed and submitted our FY2027 budget on preliminary forms before the new state budget was approved by the legislature and the forms required by the state were made available. The revised budget sent to the board was transferred to the new forms. The numbers on the new form are the same. Comments were invited. There were no comments.

  Siri Atma moved that the board adopt the revised budget for FY2027

  Gurumeet seconded the motion

  The motion carried unanimously

A date was set for a meeting in October to review and approve the Annual Financial Report for FY2026. The date was set for 3:00 pm October 8.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:07 pm
