Board Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 2:14 pm

In attendance

The board members received AFR and policy documents via email.

The members reviewed the AFR and Nirvair called for questions and comments.

Guy Senese made a motion to approve the AFR

Gurumeet Khalsa seconded the motion

The motion passed unanimously

The members reviewed the Parent Participation and Communication Policy and Nirvair called for questions and comments. The board commented on the high level of parent participation at Khalsa Montessori School and felt the policy reflects practices in place at the school since its inception.

Gurumeet Khalsa made a motion to approve the Parent Participation and Communication Policy

Guy Senese seconded the motion

The motion passed unanimously

The meeting was adjourned and the Zoom meeting closed at 2:21pm
